The summery jumpsuit is like the cool older sister of the sundress: effortless and classically chic, but a little more daring and adventurous. I’m pretty enchanted with the idea and look of jumpsuits, and want to wear them more especially in the upcoming summer months when it just feels right to only wear one piece of clothing.
I’ve been doing some shopping around, and thought I’d share my favorite picks with you! Here are nine sustainable and ethical jumpsuits you could totally rock this summer.

9 sustainable and ethical jumpsuits to live in this summer:
Ref always knocks it out of the park with their spring/summer linen collections, and this effortless, summery jumpsuit is no exception. The lace-up and eyelet detail make it oh-so-flirty, and you’ll stay cool in the 100% linen fabric. It is sheer, but the bodice is lined and my experience with Ref’s pieces is that you can go braless if the top is lined! Psst, this jumpsuit is now on sale.
Linen Jumpsuit // LinenFox(Etsy)
I love shopping on Etsy for handmade and made-to-order items. I like LinenFox’s designs a lot, and this easy wrap jumpsuit fits the bill for a lazy summer outfit that’ll still have people dropping compliments like it’s hot.
Your denim overalls got a comfy update. These linen-cotton overalls are perfect for picnics or whatever it is people do in the summertime. I know overalls were super trendy and “hipster” circa 2012, but they’ve never gone out of style in my mind!
Another Ref piece, but this jumpsuit just screams summer! Linen, baby blue stripes, and tortoiseshell buttons make it on trend but also classically summer. Perfect for strolling the boardwalk with ice cream cone in hand.
Linen Wrap Jumpsuit // Conscious Clothing
Conscious Clothing creates handmade garments using eco-friendly materials and dyes. You can also request alterations to your garment so that it fits you perfectly! I love the wrap style of this jumpsuit, as I find wrap shapes super flattering and comfortable, but there are tons of other jumpsuit styles on their site.
Finally, a Reformation jumpsuit you can (kind of) afford. From their Ref Jeans collection, this sleek number is half the price of their other jumpsuits, but with the same sexy-retro style.
Linen Overall // SinziClan (Etsy)
How chic is this jumpsuit? I think it’s a pretty unique style despite its simplicity. This shop from Ukraine is run by two women who make small batch designs.
Easy and breezy, this linen jumpsuit looks ridiculously comfortable. I love how casual the loose, unstructured shape is, and the tie detail at the waist that keeps it flattering. You can get 10% off your first purchase with my referral link!
Wrap Linen Jumpsuit // notPERFECTLINEN (Etsy)
Can’t get enough of wrap styles! I also love the wide leg cut of the pant legs. This shop from Lithuania uses Oeko-Tex certified 100 % European linen fabric.
Which one’s your fave? Let me know!
